I never realized I was so swollen! I just know that I've always had big hands, big feet and have always been heavier than people thought I was. I honestly just thought I was simply a fat girl.

Now I'm finding out that I am a very swollen girl, too!

One thing this diet has done is show me that my fingers and feet are not so big. But not just that - my jeans, I'm losing weight very slowly and at my current weight, I'm wearing jeans that I could not previously fit into at this weight. It's both odd and fascinating.

Inflammation is a fucking bitch and makes mobility with MS that much more difficult. I've noticed if I'm not dizzy or "wobbly" or in crippling pain somewhere, I'm unable to even move or think somedays. Terry Wahls' book has helped me very slowly improve, but it's so slow.
